Every order ships free—no minimums, no hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay, worldwide.

Production Time
Our prints are made to order on museum-quality matte paper. Please allow 2-4 business days for printing, framing (if selected), and careful packaging.

Estimated Transit Times

  • United States: 3-6 business days

  • Canada & Europe: 4-9 business days

  • Rest of World: 7-14 business days
    (High-volume seasons or remote areas may add a few extra days.)

Tracking & Updates
Once your art ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey to your door.

Packaging & Sustainability
Posters ship in sturdy tubes; framed pieces ship in protective, corner-cushioned boxes. We partner with printing facilities near you when possible to reduce transit distance and CO₂ emissions.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within 15 days of the latest estimated delivery date, email support@swellscenes.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund—your choice.

Address Changes & Undeliverable Parcels
Entered the wrong address? Contact us within 12 hours of ordering, and we’ll update it. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will be reshipped once the correct address is confirmed.

Customs & Duties
Most regions incur no extra fees. If your country charges import duties, the buyer is responsible.
