This Royal County Down poster is surrounded by a soft cream border that gives the artwork room to breathe. The calm, neutral tone sets off the deep blues, golden sky, and bright orange blooms of the scene, so the colors feel rich without crowding the wall.

The caption reads "Royal County Down" with "Newcastle, Northern Ireland" beneath it, set in the bottom band of the border so nothing covers the image. The artwork shows a lone golfer lining up a putt on a green near a white flag, framed by windswept golden grasses and mounds of orange and purple flowering shrubs. Behind him, a band of water stretches toward large blue mountains under a warm, glowing sky.

Place this print in a standard frame and the cream border works as a built-in mat, giving a clean, finished look without custom matting. It suits a study, den, office, or hallway, and makes a thoughtful gift for golfers or anyone with fond memories of Northern Ireland.
